Yeah I'm seeing some weird shit now too, can't update my profile or prl on LTE gives me a mobile data connection error message, works fine over WiFi. And after you do it you get stuck on 3G... Don't know what to do at this point. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk

Well for the S6 and Note 5 you are correct, the Shannon modem is great. I saw a sizable difference between my S7 and Note 5 signal wise with the Note 5 winning by a landslide. I'm not a big fan of Qualcomm, Samsung makes a better in house SoC. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk

I can think of three places where my Sprint service sucks, otherwise 99% of the time it is great. That's why I didn't want to go to Verizon, I know Sprint has a spectrum advantage and I like rooting for the underdog. Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk

Well I just battled it out with Sprint chat! How exciting that was, but in the end I got what I wanted more or less, I got moved to the new plan all for exactly what I am paying now which is $100 for two lines unlimited, line fees waived. Should have saved the chat transcripts, I was very direct and to the point almost mean about what I wanted but it worked out. Lets see how long it takes to change over they said immediately.

That would then be $123 a month for the exact plan I have now which has no restrictions imposed on video audio or gaming. If they wanted to comp me the $10 every month for the line discount because I refuse to do autopay I would consider switching.

When I go to optimize plans I see the same exact plan I have but instead of $113 it's $122, an extra $9 for the exact same features and no 10GB hotspot.

Verizon tweeted me on Twitter telling me to contact them when I want to talk. Gonna wait and see what tomorrow brings first though. Hopefully I will be staying with Sprint.

I think if they just added the 10GB mobile hotspot for all plans it would make a lot of people happy. Old plan or not let it be a free addon. I would be happy with that and would stay for the time being.

I just wish the S8 was released, may have to hold off a few months. Don't want to buy an S7 Edge right before the new ones drop.

Haha... So Sprint finally called me after another tweet, they're not even trying to keep me. The plan that they now offer all customers is as good as they can do, which by the way is $10 more a month from the start. Time to look into Verizon, can't believe I am saying this.
