  1. We seem to believe the site is on the WB...so if you live over there, no need to go back to the EB... just fire it up over there and look. Thanks!
  2. I'm driving around downtown, this may be across the river. 484 sector only. ... the downtown signal I mean.
  3. Me too, nothing on poydras. Even went out for lunch, no lte yet. If they start turning on the sites that have been completed, there will be some good coverage to start off.
  4. Not a mistake, there are a few people working on finding out what tower it is from.
  5. Just so you know, this site is in Metairie... you Baton Rouger kept saying Kenner, and that is why I kept getting confused! It is 3600ft east of the line!
  6. Clearview @ W. Metairie is complete, no 4G broadcast. https://docs.google.com/open?id=0BxTSAkTvC2B9amQ4QTd1bkRONFE
  7. That would help, wouldn't it? Veterans @ Phoenix St. Airline Dr @ Moisaint St Idaho Ave @ 24th St. Link to pics: (did not have a good lens today) https://docs.google.com/folder/d/0BxTSAkTvC2B9UjhvMkd4ZWNJWU0/edit?pli=1
  8. Very good signal and coverage from the one on Veterans. Three Kenner sites look complete as well. Absolutely no work in Elmwood, Harahan, or River Ridge.
  9. I think he means 29.97639, -90.11138. I just passed it, did not see a truck... but it was dark.
  10. In my post, I should have clarified it as additional work in Kenner. I was, too, confused about that post that was actually the NO East one. I had to do some searching to figure out which one it was!
  11. I didn't know there were reports of work in Kenner. As of 2 days ago, no work on the building at Williams and vets, or the tower by W. Esplanade. I need to revisit Kenner and the eastbank sites south of W. Metairie this weekend. I have been to every other site on the eastbank in Metairie, and to ones along Pontchartrain Expy all the way through the city, and the only additional one there with work is the one by Claiborne. I'll keep my eyes peeled, and will also get you the logo from that other panel. ...also, no LTE on any of the other sites in progress, that I have reported about, or the one near Claiborne (within last day). Kevin
  12. Here are some updated pics... "around" the site at Murphy Dr. @ Trans Work should be started there shortly. https://docs.google.com/folder/d/0BxTSAkTvC2B9SGZtS3lqcTVnb28/edit And some other looks at that site at Division @ W Esplanade... just added views of each sector. https://docs.google.com/folder/d/0BxTSAkTvC2B9RFFrbUZwb1VvMkk/edit I hope things start moving along! --Kevin
  13. Here are some pictures from 5 Metairie sites that I believe are in process/complete. I went to the same 5 today looking for LTE, and nothing yet. Great to hear 510 is up though! Two I do not know if it is Sprint for sure, as I do not see multiple RRU's per sector, or otherwise can't tell. One is Murphy Dr. @ Transcontinental (which I posted about last week, but maybe these pictures before, during, and after can help) and the other is Live Oak @ Orpheum site. The others (Lisa @ Vets and Haring @ Vets) are already identified as being in process/complete, but I had some pictures anyway. Division @ W. Esplanade seems to be all wrapped up as well. https://docs.google.com/folder/d/0BxTSAkTvC2B9VkFBVU9DWVVvaUk/edit Check out the pics and let me know what you think about those 2 questionable ones. Kevin
  14. I agree. I really thought the Super Bowl would get us on the fast track. It still may for Downtown and the Airport, which we wouldn't necessarily see work being done on those sites (except places like Howard Ave, where the panels are on a tower).
  15. That is what I had hoped (and referenced to in my last sentence). I still would expect more activity than I have seen, if this market is truly being lit up "in the coming months." Thanks! Kevin
  16. Hello eveyone. Have been browsing for the last few months, finally created an account. Based on a Sprint press release today, it looks like the New Orleans market has been dropped from the "in the coming months" list http://newsroom.sprint.com/article_display.cfm?article_id=2482 ...in favor of New Iberia, Crowley, and Abbeville. A few weeks ago I saw some work being done on a site at Transcontinental and W. Esplanade (lines hung and all, multiple trucks), but no idea if it was actually for Sprint work. Either way, based on the reports in this thread, it seems as though they have pulled up from this market. I really hope I am wrong in my interpretation, or that Sprint just left us off of that release, and included only new markets added to the schedule. Kevin
