  1.

That's what I also heard, that on certain Wireless networks the iPhone 4S turns Wi-Fi but I tried changing the wireless channel, protection and some other advance settings but to no avail I have a Asus RT n56U, if you have an iPhone and yours remains on Wi-Fi over 3G what router are you using? This would help me a lot and thanks for your reply and support

Mine stays connected to my Netgear wnr2000.

  2. I usually put my phone in my chest pocket.

My previous phone sleeps with the fishes because of that. I bent down to pull up anchor and my Samsung did a swan dive. Good riddance as far as I'm concerned.

  3. Thanks for the reply guys!

i feel like you would have better luck just looking at what is in your price range on a site like newegg.com and comparing specs

I tried that at first' date=' but then realized I am not sure what I'm doing.

    The GeForce GT 630

The cards both require a minimum of +12@20A, What is the current power supply of your PC make and model would help

I need something with at least one VGA or S video output, sorry for not stating that earlier.21fafb86.jpgThis is the PS that I have.

You may look at this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102988....You need more physical ram for your pc....I am running windows 8 with 32gigs of 2000mhz ram. Time for a true hardware upgrade what CPU are you using........

Wow you have more RAM than I have free space on my main hard drive! I'm using an AMD 64 3500+ (939 Socket.)

  4. Apple just doesn't work that way and never will. They will release whatever they think is a good product when it is ready. They don't put nearly as much stock in the "business 101"-type decisions as people seem to think. Sometimes they won't enter a market even though they know there is demand because they don't know how to make something that is way better than the competition or is up to their quality standards (ex why no Apple television even though tons of people would buy it? Well what good is it if you are stuck with the same crappy DVR from the cable co? Or the same confusing mess of cables and receiver BS? They won't release a television until they can make one that is leaps and bounds above what you can do today. Then everyone will copy it and in 3-5 years people will say Apple never invents anything and how people are just iSheep' date=' etc. Meanwhile I'll continue to clutch my AAPL stock, laughing maniacally at all you anti-Apple folk all the way to the bank)

I would also point out that Apple manufactures prototype devices all the time that never end up being sold for one reason or another, even going so far as to have Foxconn's prototype shop put in a limited production run.

They also do this with designs they absolutely know they will not be releasing to keep people guessing and keep the rumor mill going. They could have an entirely new design but put these believable plans out there to keep people off guard.

Or it could be the real deal.

    Never trust the Apple rumors.[/quote']

What a great post to add to my pokedex! ;)

  5. Don't let them rip me off? Like Sprint would reimburse me for their lack of network. lol

They put back and future credits on my account because I wasn't receiving the quality of service that they promised. You gotta remember; Sprint is bound to the same contract that you agreed to when you activated your account with them. If they are violating your contract terms, you have every right to take action against them just as long as you have held up your end of the deal by paying on time and not abusing the service by tethering illegally, etc... Give them a call, have a network ticket put out for your area, and most importantly, BE PATIENT, because unfortunately, a complete network overhaul doesn't happen overnight.

  6. I want to beef up my Frankenputer, but am so behind the times in the PC parts sector. My motherboard was manufactured by EliteGroup (ECS) and the model number is K8T890-A VER: 1.0A. It is running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit and has 1.5 GB RAM. (I know, I know.) My current card is a (very unimpressive) PNY GeForce FX 5500. I'm looking to spend <$100. Can someone please point me to something compatible with my system/ in my price range?

  7. actually 200kBs on 3g isn't that bad. You're talking about kBs' date=' not kbs, right?[/quote']

Actually 200kbps is pretty terrible for 3G and isn't even what Sprint is advertising. Don't let them rip you off. 44f74b3b.jpg-Taken from the Sprint site.

Edit: Just noticed the difference in capitalization, my b.

  8. Sprint also has SatCOLTs for quick response. http://www.ssshcc.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/ERT_SC_51311.pdf

I believe the COWs are for extra capacity when backhaul is readily available and the need is identified ahead of time. SatCOLTs are for when there is a natural disaster or anything else that quick response is needed and backhaul is not in place or easily acquired.

This laptop looks almost as old as I am! a3335049.jpg I bet it runs Windows 95 like a champ!

  9. In my own personal case I was waiting for Sprint to get the iPhone so I could get in on their unlimited data. I would not have settled for an Android device. Sprint getting the iPhone is a big reason why I am currently a subscriber to their service.
