I didn't pickup anything on Park Ridge, but based on your tip I went over there on my way home and connected to 4G on Ridge Manor. Unfortunately, once it dropped, I couldn't re-connect. It's showing on Sensorly now.

Found another tower with 4G live today at Jackson/Mission Gorge Rd in the San Carlos area and was able to map quite a bit on Sensorly. I was getting 15MB/down and 7.5MB/up. It doesn't look like everything's uploaded yet on the map, but here is what's showing up right now:
