Looking for more information related to this topic. I am existing Sardistel/Fuzion customer. I have been trapped with this company for 5 years. They were just recently acquired by another company ALTERNATIVE BROADBAND SOLUTIONS (Feb 1, 2024). They didn't think to let existing customers know, until you lost service and submitted the proper trouble ticket. I stumbled upon this post while looking for any replacement ideas. I am not tech savvy and I need suggestions. I live in rural North Alabama and fiber is not available where I live, and this company is the only option that I can afford. The biggest problem that I have is they supposedly mailing a replacement SIM card for my LTE modem (uses AT&T towers). I have Verizon cell service, but it doesn't work unless my Verizon signal booster is plugged in to the Sardistel modem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
