No LTE on Canal and N Villere st. According to Sensorly I should be getting full bars. Maybe they turned them off? Maybe a phone is not reporting correct information?

Did you check tonight? Been hearing about spots coming online all day.

I live less than a mile away from there and im not getting any LTE if the signal was to be as strong as sensorily show i would be getting really good signal but im not. and i dont think there are any upgraded towers in that area.

I don't think that is accurate, i got a signal on the bridge on friday but it was only 1 bar and didnt last long.

No, I was so happy to see LTE in my phone that i forgot to do that, but i will be back tomorrow.

LTE, didn't get anything higher than 2 bars drove around and couldn't find the tower.

I am mobile, what phone do you have.

Voice is overrated I don't ever call anyone with Sprint anyways since I don't know anyone with it. It wouldn't do me any good.

We are all talking about LTE but has been a wile since i last heard anything about HD Voice. Is this active on sites with LTE or is this coming in the future?

Why is there LTE coverage showing on Sensorly on 310 and i-10 exiting New Orleans. Could this be a mistake?

 

Yes I did go into the ##DEBUG# screen on my phone but try toggling Airplane Mode on and off on your iPhone. I would sit in Best Buy's parking lot and try that a few times.

You guys don't have intersections? You sound like some fishermen with gps coordinates or lease blocks.. Mississippi Canyon 252 anyone?

 

Post the pics and they will get up on in progress map. Your phone camera would work as well although not really preferred.

Coordinates makes it easier to find the exact site no site is in a perfect intersection and they are hard to find in google maps

The second one has been updated and ive seen workers in area recently. No lte signal as of yet.

 

I also noticed same truck trailer combo today at a site near I-10 / city park exit westbound side.

Past by this tower 29.986428,-90.060377 today and there were RRUs and Panels, sorry dont have any picture i dont have a camera maybe someone can pass by it and verify. Also this one 30.018576,-90.122283, i saw them from the car but im pretty sure they been upgraded, hope someone can verify this.

It would be nice to start that one. Im always dropping calls on the high rise.

That towers has the worst service i have ever seen, 3G is just an icon because it doesn't really work, not even close to the tower. It can really use an upgrade.

There was an Ericsson ban on the 30.002823,-90.03762 tower today, maybe they're going to start working here soon.

Now that we have our first tower lets hope things go a little bit faster.

4G will feel way different from the 3G we have here, no more buffering on pandora, videos that never load, website thats take forever, fail uploads, apps that reject it. Im sure we will se a lot of difference between 3G and 4G. Now we can put that unlimited data to work.

30.018951,-90.122287 There are two towers here and they both have RRUs, I'm assuming one is AT&T and one is Sprint. I Think Sprint is the one in the tall tower because everything looks brand new and there are no bird nests (saw it from the road) also when i look in google maps it looks nothing compared to now (lot more panels)

 

 

I am rocking the LTEvo so I toggled and sat at every tower. I am going to try and hit the Old Six Flags site to see if that is the one tomorrow. My money says it is a tower like that in the middle of nowhere.

speaking of that tower, it now shows a Data Speed Upgrade on the sprint.com/network website.
