Well I joined facebook. Everyone told me how great it is.After seeing the mindless posts by my friends, I started to think I was better off without it.

I think I will just follow S4gru on this site instead.

sprint has confirmed the shipping date on their website

That's because Best Buy is only acting on the info from Sprint, they (BB) don't have anything to do with setting the release date, nor (I'm assuming) were they aware of the possible delays.The only knock on Sprint has been the lack of communication. No one is really mad at them for the situation.

lol you should read some of the threads in the sprint forums.

Lots of people so outraged at sprint, I started a thread thats titled

"So you pre order a phone with no known shipping date and now your mad its delayed!"

Just to see what kind of response I got from taking a positive view of the situation, well the response was less than positive lol.

I mean towards sprint that is

They ship me my new phone and I keep my hate mail in the draft folder!

ISN is now claiming that a new launch date of 5/23 is a go

I pre-ordered my evo today over the phone from order support.

The rep said the first deliveries will be on may 17th, but it could also be 1-3 business days from that date.
