Is the different colored material around the camera serve a purpose? I am thinking along the lines of better signal reception b/c it is easier to transmit through (think LG and why they use the material they do). Can anyone confirm that or is it strictly cosmetic? I have been unsuccessful in figuring this out. I figured Mr.Hesse would have mentioned it yesterday. Disappointments: I was really hoping they would have thrown in wireless charging for the new EVO LTE especially if the battery is not removeable. I know the camera is not at all about the MP's but I was hoping for 12. Let's face it we had 8 MP's 2 years ago and it should have had a better sensor/image chip then. I think a MP bump would have gone a long way with the ignorant consumers walking into the store not knowing what they want. I would think the SGIII will be in the double digits. All this being said I plan on using my upgrade for the EVO LTE.
