4dx...focus on doing one or two things well and you will stand the greatest chance of accomplishing those tasks successfully or focus on more than that and stand little chance of being successful with any of them.
Sprint's track record is the later. NV is the only focused task to date that we can say looks to be going well. "to date" being the key words. I have my doubts with Sprint staying focused with all these new distractions popping up.

It's always best when major changes have been made to give the device at least a couple of charge/discharge cycles before making any determination about battery life effects. There may have been battery intensive things going on behind the scenes following the update that won't be a factor from now on.
I do like the new Power screen now.
I hope your right. I agree with leozno1 that battery life has taken a hit. Though I am really enjoying the polished look and performance of Jelly Bean! Everything feels so fluid and smooth. I never realized what I was missing.

Anyone had the updated come through yet?

Sort of interesting they didn't want to go for a shift up by 5MHz as proposed by Sprint.
Why? Did they not want to waste the time getting a new band created?
I feel like I am missing something...
Dish and Sprint will team up in some capacity. Sprint has done the research for a terrestrial service (remember lightsquared deal that fell through) and they are looking to free themselves of backhaul providers that are sticking it to them or aligned with other providers. This one has been obvious in my opinion for quite sometime. Dish needs Sprint's infrastructure and Sprint needs their spectrum. And if Sprint can squeak a "first" out of it then that would be a bonus!

I was in Charlotte for Thanksgiving and was getting 4g in several area around town. The South Park area is where I spent most of my time. I was getting 20megs down and 10 megs up. It was faster than the WiFi I was connecting to at a friends. The problem I had was the typical EVO LTE radio issues. Good things ahead for Charlotte!

Would that cause the phone to reboot though?
I don't remember if it rebooted or not but it did look a little similar to update install. I almost did a screen shot but I was driving and did not think it was wise.

Am I the only one that thinks it odd that they formally acknowledged the deal? I cannot help but think we are missing the real player Sprint wants to step up and put a bid on the table. I have been expecting something but this came out of left field.

I have had this issue but my gmail and Internet does the same thing. I see a factory refresh in my future. My secure element is bad as well.

Small sample size so far but it sounds like nothing has changed. The only exception would be kckid's comments about the kickstand reinforcement.

Has anyone noticed any changes with the hardware from the launch date to today? I know the original EVO had a screen change within 3-4 months of its release. My EVO LTE says its hardware version is 0003. Anyone found anything different on the street?

By chance did anyone else have their phone turn into a paper weight today? My phone went to reboot and never made it past the HTC screen. Phone was stock with no modifications. I don't think the update had anything to do with it but just wanted to check.
Not here but I thought about making my phone a paper weight until the update showed up today. It was getting worse by the day. All my calls went straight to voicemail instead of ringing. All is good again!
