  1. ellis / 50. had it actually for a good week with speeds up to 20mb down! consistently, all over my block and neighboring streets. my phone will occasionally go to 3g and get ehrpd speeds around here, but lately it's been 1xRTT here. in other areas of the city, LTE picks up just fine.
  2. Any issues of LTE being turned *off* in any areas? I had excellent LTE near my house, but now I only have 1xRTT network (not even 3G EVDO!). Basically, I only have the little "circle" in my iPhone, not even "3G". Have tried updating PRL, clearing network settings, etc. It must be a tower issue because in other parts of Chicago, I can get LTE. Is Sprint going back and forth? Is it worth it to create a network ticket?
  3. 17.1/3.9/45ms in kenwood/hyde park area, as of today! finally.
  4. LTE in Chicago, finally! (41.8670,-87.6616) all along Roosevelt in that area. about 6 mbps down and up when I ran speedtest today. (sadly nowhere near my house yet)
  5. What are your 3g speeds on speedtest with the same tower?
  6. Thanks for this site, it's amazing. I'm unfortunately not a suburbanite, and in the sponsor section, the list of completed NV sites basically has a giant hole encircling pretty much all of the city of Chicago. 1) network.sprint.com "data capacity" upgrade does not correlate to NV, correct? because according to that, there are no data upgrades at all near my tower, and I am still getting worse speeds than dialup. 2) my nearest tower due for NV upgrade is 0.6 miles away. do i have any hope of getting decent speeds? 3) is NV is a prerequisite for LTE? would these upgrades happen simultaneously maybe? it's so ridiculous that I also live near a sprint store (about a mile away) and speeds around there are horrendous... with no hope of resolution in sight. they're also so complacent at that store about terrible speeds! well, jealous of all you people in the suburbs (never thought I'd be saying this)
