Does anyone know what reception will be like for Levittown/Toa Baja?? Will we get lte here??

Toa Baja/Levittown will get LTE, when? We don't know exactly, but the way things are going, should be soon. The reception should see an improvement, but reception depends on location, buildings and lot of stuff that can vary the result. Welcome to the forum.

I map 505 points of lte data from Yauco to Sabana Grande, but the tower broadcasting lte is on guanica. 17mbps down and 10 up.

According to sensorly somebody connected in Yauco to LTE.

Sprint.com/coverage is showing the lte in the island but is not detailed as this one. Shoot a pm if you can share it!

4g lte coverage is showing on the sprint.com/coverage map of the island. Only shows the south area of the places that kendog launchn internal memo says.

We need to see the full map!

Update: A friend tried to connect at the mayaguez mall without success, so probably is the Cabo Rojo near bajura site or they're testing.

Yes, its been up for 2 or 3 weeks i think...

The LTE in Hormigueros covers almost up to the Mayaguez Mall, other site should be up according to sensorly map.

Edit: Seems like is the Mayaguez Mall tower that is broadcasting LTE, anyone can confirm, or is the Cabo Rojo in the bajura area?

Thanks Kendog for the info, looks like santa claus is coming to town!! Seeing the towns of the island that they mentioned of Puerto Rico, I think they picked random the places to mention, because all are in the south of the island, we know places like Arecibo and Hatillo are ready. Or they're gonna made public the LTE by Regions.

Somebody in Yauco check if LTE is found, is the only town on the list that no LTE has found. I could go there and check tomorrow.

Don't know why, but after seeing eHRPD in my home and work I become addicted to toggle airplane mode on/off hoping to see a 4 instead of the 3 right next to the G.

Here you can see all the upgrades in the last six months. Some antennas has #1 (1 data speed upgrade), other has #2 (2 data speed upgrades or 1 voice upgrade and 1 data speed upgrade) and other #3 (1 voice upgrade and 2 data speed upgrades). When it says 2 data speeds upgrade it has Lte working in that tower?

Those towers have LTE working, but I would think that's not an accurate way to think of LTE towers, because there's others LTE towers in that map that only show 1 data speed upgrade. Its way more precisely to donate what you can to S4GRU and access the map in the sponsor area that will show you exactly where are the LTE towers around the island.

Somebody map more places at hormigueros, looks like the hormigueros site its no longer being blocked.

eHRPD at home, yess!!!! Speeds are slow but at least its a positive sign, they didnt forget Sabana Grande.

 

If is all 3g completed then the next step is LTE??? finger crosses

We have 44 lte accepted sites, definately we have some good upgrading rate, we should see some LTE love in Mayaguez soon.

All the Mayaguez sites are 3G completed!!!!

Counted almost 50 sites in PR with LTE, Sprint its going to punch other carriers like Marquez did to Pac..

The tower that is closely to the mayaguez mall is the only one in mayaguez with NV 3G working, so normally you would see 1-2mbps speeds.

 

 

Love the design in principle, but somehow the chosen font just doesn't seem right.

He should use comics sans for LTE.

Please let me know if you find any errors in my logic, as I'm sure there are a few.

Here is the Cerro Las Mesas antenna. Kind of blurry because the height of the structure, it a beautiful but tall antenna.
