My speeds were terrible in the Bronx. I like what I'm seeing. Sprint is enhancing their network.

I had lte I posted screen shots of my speed. Yes it's down. I live in co-op its been down in sec 1 buts its up in sec 3-5 and the bay plaza area.

I use to get 4G in my apartment and outside my bldg. I haven't had 4G for a month now.

My speeds were like that, one day I did a speed test and couldn't believe the speed I was getting on 3g. I had to keep testing the speed over and over. Now I need for my 4G to be activated again. It's weird, If I cross the street 4G is available but not by my building anymore. I live across the street from the 4G tower

I have a right to complain. You're not not paying my bill. I'm paying for a service. If u choose to accept slow speeds that's fine. Don't tell me what I should accept

Sprint knows what's going on. I received a call back yesterday about my service. I will receive another call today in reference to the issue I am having with my service. I had several people check the coverage area I can't see it in my end. I'm sure they can see it on their end.

Everywhere I used to get 4G I don't get it anymore. Why turn it on and then off? To knock me back down and tell me 3g is better than before. At least give me better 3g speed.

I've been w/o 4G for wks now. I called sprint and asked if there is an outage. No outage, 3g in my area is horrible. Next step is emailing Dan. This is ridiculous.
