Disagree if you want. I am constantly searching going between 3 and 4g. When it does this and I end up in 3g area it looks like this speedtest I uploaded. 9 kB down and 41 up with an extreme 450 ms ping. I know there are a lot of towers to change out. Is there a reason that all of one area couldn't be readied before swapping out? I can't drive more than 5 miles any direction from or in Nashville or murfreesboro without it changing.

I am happy about the lte that I have but have gotten more and more frustrated with the 3g/4g switchover. With what seems like a 50/50 split of the towers with 3g vs 4g I am constantly searching for a signal. I typically have to go into airplane mode then out of it to pick up one signal. Is this change to 4g something that 100% completion will be in 5 years or the foreseeable future? Its getting old real quick.

Over on harding place again today. Was here yesterday too and will be the next dew days. 4g speeds here are not good. It was like this a couple months ago too. At max I am getting 1-2 mb downloads. A lot of time I am getting much worse than that. Ran a speed test a few minutes ago and was getting about 500 kB. 3g is faster most times. Why is this?

Smyrna looks to he covered now. I went nearly the length of Sam Ridley and had VERY fast 4g. On the flip side, the Belmont area is back to 3g this morning. This along with all of I440 and 21st ave s.

I can pick up 4g at some places inside work but not complete coverage. Gotta ask about that at work.

Speeds are much better today in the Belmont area. Getting about 5 mb down and 5 up. Of course most people are still asleep at the moment so that will probably change some but its a good sign. Also tried to map some of I440 yesterday by I65 and Nolensville road.

Just ran a test and confirmed very slow. 10kbps down and 180 kbps up. Yes you read that right...10 kbps.

Finally getting 4g at work in Belmont area. Seems to be a testing phase because it is very slow. In fact I think it may have just been turned on. In the same spot I had 3g just a bit ago and now its showing 4g. Will run a speed test in a bit.

I have had lte on west end pretty consistently over the past month each time I have been that way. Over where I work next to Belmont I am still waiting. Not an inch of 4g over that way yet.

What part of town? And I know the bunker type building. Because all the upper management at my work had nextels they luckily installed repeaters throughout the building.

Seems that most of murfreesboro is covered now. There are still spots that aren't covered but it seems I am seeing more 4g than 3g. Its nice when I am moving around town. I even had 4g in lascassas as well as about halfway to woodbury just a few minutes ago. Wish Nashville would catch up, but I am hopeful it will be covered soon. I am seeing 4g pop up in different areas of town. Just not in the Belmont area where I work unfortunately.

Had to drive all over southern TN today. Tullahoma and Lynchburg have very weak 3g. Once I got to Fayetteville I was roaming or worse no signal at all. Was like that until I got to shelbyville city limit. At the sign I went from roaming 1 bar to full bars 4g. Been mapping on sensorly for 20 minutes. Ran a speed test and got 24 mb download and 10 up! Headed back to murfreesboro and still have 4g.

I have still yet to get anywhere close to those speeds at any spot I have been in. Was just over on west end and was getting 2.5 down and 1 up. Still better than 3g which at my house has been as slow as 19 kbps down. Still waiting for 4g in the Belmont area.

At the same place today off Harding and the 4g I am getting is EXTREMELY SLOW! Ran a speed test and was getting ~100 kbps down and the same up. Weird.

I am over on harding today and I get 4g here. It kicks on right before Antioch pke going towards the airport. Getting between 4 and 6 mb down and about 1.5 up. First 4g I have had in Nashville.

I have 4G! At my middle of nowhere house! Its exciting to see, but I have wifi that's faster at home. Haven't been to Nashville in a couple days so I don't know if its on there or not but its a step in the right direction.

Drove thru a couple spots that were highlighted on the map in Smyrna and didn't pick anything up. They must have been a test run at the time someone picked up the lte. I'll keep paying attention.

Where I picked up the lte ( same place for a couple days) I nowhere near the site shown on the map. Still looking in Nashville. Anyone we can talk to about leasing some of our tower? I will pm you with further details.
