I have been without data for the better part of 2 days. I was on the phone with Sprint Customer Support twice today. The second CSR informed me that there is a service bulletin for Flagstaff due to LTE upgrades taking place on at least 2 towers. Verizon hasn't even thought about Flagstaff yet, so I'm a happy camper if this is true.
