  1. Unfortunately Wellington is still a bad spot for sprint. The service here in the West Palm area has not improved for the west region. There's still a 3G tower on Northlake and unfortunately service is slow in this part of west palm. My wife wants to go back to Verizon. I'm hoping to see some changes soon.
  2. Fastest speeds of any carrier here in West Palm Beach. I also got 116 down and 14 up in Deerfield. Sprint is really on a roll.
  3. A new cell tower is going up in the Wellington area which will hopefully boost the reception in that area. The tower is owned by clearview tower company and the article specifically mentions Verizon and ATT. I wonder if Sprint will be using the tower? I know we can sure use the help in that area. http://gotowncrier.com/2013/11/wellington-oks-120-foot-tower-at-marketplace-plaza/
  4. Which ever one I can get from sprint. I am locked in for another 10 months with the HTC One M9 until I can upgrade, but I was looking at the Nexus for my wife.
  5. I was down in Deerfield the other day and got some CA love. Is the Nexus 5 a CA capable phone? I have noticed the service in the Loxahatchee area has deteriorated the past few weeks. According to Sprint, I am supposed to be listed as "best" for spark at my address and I cannot connect inside or outside. To be honest, I think HTC sucks compared to my G3 in regard to LTE reception. Check out my Ookla Speedtest result. What's your speed? http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/a/1442797204
  6. Count me in for the Z4. Since Sony is Japanese and Sprint is owned by a Japanese Company you'd think they would offer the phone.
  7. Overall, I've seen a drastic increase in LTE coverage in West Palm. In Belle Glade where I work, I get better service inside buildings than Verizon. I'm going to stick it out with Sprint.
  8. The red dot is my house..Look how close I am to the tower. B26 has been deployed east I wonder how long it will take to reach this tower.
  9. I had Verizon which work well out here but the costs were ridiculous. For sprint I pay 13.00 less in taxes and that's just a start. My biggest complainant with VZ was the constant overages in data. With Sprint, my bill has always been consistent yet with Verizon it would fluctuate. For the same cost, I get 12 more GB of data with sprint. This month, I've used approximately 6GB of data and have 14 days left. If you look at open signal Verizon doesn't even have towers out here so I wonder how they get their LTE to work so well inside the house. I live pretty close to a sprint tower that just got band 41 but like band 25 it doesn't travel very far. I was curious as to when band 26 will come out this way. With my close proximity to the tower I should definitely get LTE
  10. Is anyone familiar with the Loxahatchee area? I get horrible data service out here. I am unfortunately looking at going to Verizon since they get LTE in my area. I truly prefer to stay with sprint but 3G in 80% of the area out here is getting old. I wonder if this new network vision will make it better out here?
  11. Check out my Ookla Speedtest result. What's your speed? http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/a/1040293432 Wow..nearly 70mbps in West Palm. Keep it coming sprint.
  12. I am interested in seeing what's in store here in Palm Beach County. Still a lot of inconsistency with LTE. Hard to get LTE inside my house in loxahatchee.
  13. I found band 41! Northlake and Federal area, Lake Park. Much faster than verizon.
  14. Thanks for the info. I look forward to reading the article. Leave it to Metro to be slow. MDPD is lightyears behind the surrounding agencies.
  15. Why is Dade holding up the 800 deployment? I'm trying to find the sponsor forum for the updates can anyone point me in the right direction? Any updates for the West Palm area? Thank you! Ryan
