Yes, but only of the base. I didn't have my camera with us.
The site at hwy 55 and hwy F has cabinets and panels done. No pics...
The site at hwy 55 and hwy E now has the panels up. Here are some pics I snapped at this site.
Can you update the Google Doc?

The cabinets and panels look to be done. There is fiber to the base of the site but outside the fence. I couldn't see any evidence of them running it to the cabinets. Also there are 3 RRU's per panel at this site.
Did we ever check out that Hawkins and Meramec Btms site?My daily driver is down for repairs so I'm driving my gas guzzler...I won't be joyriding around town looking at towers for a few days but if anything is near my trip to work, let me know and I'll check it out. I take 141 to 44 to 270 to Olive.

I will be passing by there tomorrow, I can check it out.

Can you dig up any news on Jackson MO? Bounced in and out of roam all day yesterday and a very weak signal this morning.
I've got nothing but the progress that you told me about. Have you notice any more work?
The site we were having issues with this week was recently accepted for 3G. YAY!

Interesting....I would love for Sprint to put a tower in my yard....
They can put one in my yard

I was on the phone when I passed by the site. I am going to swing back by there when I get off work tonight and I will get some pics then.
Well, AT&T was kind enough to park all their vans directly in front of the new equipment. BLAH.. I will try again in the morning.

Did you happen to snap any pics?
I will mark it on the sheet but that isn't good enough for the In progress thread.

Well breaking news.. Crews have started work in Cape Girardeau. They have two trucks and the one with the trailer has the cabinets on it.

Not at the site that is giving us problems. It appears all work is complete but backhaul and it is already there for AT&T (you can see where they ran it to the shed). However there is a microwave on the tower so I was curious if Sprint would be using that.

Looks like the top rack is Sprint and has 2 RRU's.

Does anyone know how to tell if Sprint will be using fiber or a microwave for the back haul?

Just picked up 4G on 255 and 270 if there is dark purple on the map ignore it...apparently sensorly was mapping in background it was the riverview site
That is some distance!

8 Acceptances(3LTE) for MO
Link?

That's conduit. Fiber or copper gets put in later. Makes it a cinch to swap out down the road if needed with no digging.
Sent from my little Note2
Ahhh, I see.

It was orange, well at least the sleeve of it was.

The site in Miner MO has a huge roll of fiber sitting in front of the fence... It is so bright and pretty!!
-
(Writing down site id's waiting for street locations)....
I will stab you with a cactus.

Hey buddy, not sure if you realized but Site ID's are not allowed on the public side. Please edit the site ID out and put nearest intersection.
Gotcha and done!!

Another Cape Girardeau, MO has backhaul and panels/RRU's done!! I couldn't get to the actual site to see the cabinets. Darn gates!

T1s? Nice to hear about the Sikeston hookup, but is that enough to run LTE, and does that mean I should see some light up within a week?
I was questioning the whole T1 thing also but I was assuming he knows more about that end of it than I do. He didn't say either way about Sikeston.

Tonight after work I went on a Sprint Tower scavenger hunt. Here are some findings.. Sorta
ST03RW501- Is almost 100% complete. When I arrived I was greeted by two men who were working inside the cabinets. One guy said he was installing a T1 to the site (this same guy also said he installed a T1 at the Sikeston MO locations last week) and they expect it to be broadcasting LTE next week. He worked for a company AAF, that is all I could read on the truck.
ST03RW500 - I was unable to get to this site because of a closed and locked gate. However it has the fast 3G speeds I have ever witnessed.
ST33XC019 - Is broadcasting LTE and I must say, I think I was the only one using LTE on that site. I also mapped 587 points on Sensorly for it.
ST03RW503 - Nothing has changed since my last visit and the same 5 or 6 batteries are still sitting outside. -
If the site is a Sprint only site, it can be marked as in progress with pics of the backhaul work.
Oh snap, well I will get some pics of them then.

Both sites in Perryville are 3G accepted. The site North of Perryville off PCR 838 has the fastest 3G data I have ever witnessed.
