I don't think it is. I have been all through the area and do not get LTE any where else. I will be back up there on Monday and will try to pull all the sectors.

Well if they accepted the Oak Ridge site then something is wrong with it. When I passed by it at 4am this morning I was in roam, then when I passed by at 12:30 this afternoon I was still roaming. So I came back up to check it again after reading it was accepted and I am locked in roam yet again. The tower covers about an 8 mile stretch of 55 in Cape County.
