  1. That explains why I was having trouble with both data and SMS the other day.

  3. I completely agree! I am the same way. I have phone number that is my mobile work number, that I ported to GV, and I also have a personal mobile phone number that is my Sprint number. I like the fact that when I dial an outgoing call, I have the ability to choose between using my GV business mobile number or my personal Sprint number. I too am going to hang on to my Google Voice app for as long as possible, and once I am forced to integrate my Google Voice with Google Hangouts, I sincerely hope that the Google Hangouts integration does not take away the ability to choose between my two phone numbers.
  4. Yes, I have been having the same problem. The problem seemed to start after the latest Firmware update that brought the WiFi Calling feature. It seems that the GPS problems are being caused by the WiFi Calling feature. My personal belief is that it is the Location Verification part of the WiFi Calling feature that is causing the problem. For me, rebooting does not resolve the problem. The only thing that works for me is to completely shut down the phone for a minute or so, and then restart it. I hope that the bug is fixed sometime soon. Until then, however, I will just keep shutting down the phone, and restarting it when I have the problem.

  6. I could {and probably am}, completely wrong, but just the comments by the CEO sounded like he was referring to T-Mobile. I actually hope that you are right, that it is Sprint. I would love to see Sprint acquire FreedomPop and US Cellular.
  7. Reading the article, the Teir-1 carrier sounds like T-Mobile. As for the non-Teir -1 carrier, I have no idea
