    Ya...I saw that!

    AT&T is misleading consumers and deserves to be sued!

    I am, however, concerned that it is Sprint who is suing since they are in the process of trying to get approved for their merger with T-Mobile. Personally I would think that Sprint wouldn't want to make too many enemies at this time. But who knows, maybe they use the law suit as leverage to help prove that they can't compete against large operators like AT&T.

    I don't believe that's entirely accurate as I know several people who work at the huge Sprint customer service call center here in Las Vegas.

    My apologies...I was not aware that there were any US based Customer Service centers left in the US after the the one in North Carolina was shut down.

    My guess is that the Customer Service office, you speak of, must be for Corporate and Government accounts only.
