I can't really tell a difference in call quality between the HTC M8 and the S7 probably due to the very strong network in my area

I have an S7 and have not had a call marked as an HD call. I was not sure if Samsung phones showed calls as HD coming from an HTC M8 that almost always showed calls as HD.

I am new to Samsung Galaxy phones and can't figure out how to get the engineering screen can someone please help

I was recently in Cozumel with Open World and had problems making phone calls but not using data. My phone kept saying that I don't have a Wi-Fi calling account. After I got back to Texas, I tried making a call and had the same problem. I found that my phone somehow had Wi-Fi calling on all data sessions instead of for internet calling only.

On 55050 with my M8 I no longer roam on Verizon in Southwest Louisiana( more specifically north of Vinton LA)

It all depends on if they have to provide a usable signal in the areas the Wimax protection sites covered. If Sprint is not going to be required to use the bandwidth in all their markets, they can concentrate all resources in the larger markets and add only where they can increase ROI

We should know more come November 6, if the protection sites in markets that are not scheduled for B41 have not had upgrades then we costumers in those markets might need to start worrying.

I just checked prices on my local WISP, which is Fulair, and prices range from 4-2 for $75 , 6-2 $95, and 10-3 for $135 where as cable is $39 for 50-7.

The part of the Louisiana Market that was UsUnwired is pretty good from a network spacing perspective, great call quality, but Sprint just does the minimum data backhaul wise. Recently the data speeds have become quite stable between 5 and 15mbps down and 3 to 7 up depending on which tower you are on. I have been told that the remaining legacy towers left are owned by AT&T and they are not allowing them to be upgraded. Verizon is in the process of having a third-party build new sites to move their equipment away from the AT&T owned sites.

I came across a weird problem Saturday. SCP was not displaying the PCI for the tower I was connected to but was displaying the neighbor cell PCI's. Today my M8 is displaying everything correctly.

My work phone is a Duracore phone and has never connected to roaming or 1x800 which leads me to believe both are blocked on these phones.
