    Is lte roaming working on this phone?
    I have had good luck outside of coverage in the Iowa Mo River valley area and Eastern Nebraska.

    9+ unlocked. I have collected a lot of sites on my signal check logs.

    Has anyone else seen problems with settings not being maintained after a restart of the phone? Specifically, I'm seeing 24 hour clock mode and high accuracy location mode both reset to defaults of 12 hour and power saving. Is there a way to keep them from being reset or can they be set in a profile someplace? Unlocked version 9+.

    Also unlocked GS9 owners should know the latest security patch got released today and it enabled FM radio on our devices. Comes in at 351MB on my phone.
    I was beginning to wonder if we were ever going to see another one.

    I think I finally figured out a big part of my screen lock. That or they finally did some patching that helped. I shut this off. Combined with other high horsepower apps like waze and Google drive and Bluetooth and pandora it was placing my phone into screen lock and fouling up access to unlocking it.     Hmm, that doesn't sound right.. it doesn't "do" all that much in the background, as all of the functions simply "listen" for signal changes when the device provides them. Is it any better/worse with the app's Logger and/or Location Service disabled? When it is running, do signals typically update rapidly or does it seem to be more normal?

    I had the opportunity to try it tonight and with both the logger and location off - phone seemed normal. Will experiment more and get back.

    I used to run it all the time.  I have troubleshot it down to being one of the apps that hammers the performance on my GS7Edge.  I can't run Google maps nav and/or Waze at the same time.

     

    My phone becomes unresponsive and has a tendency to lock to the lock screen and fight me hard and laggily to get back in.  I only run it now when I don't have a need for other relatively high HP apps and when I want to survey an area.
