  1. You're almost a literal stone's throw from my house, right in the heart of Crescent. I've got a Netgear Zing hotspot hooked up to a Cradlepoint gateway that I run my entire network off of. If you'd like for me to bring the hotspot over to your location to test your signal, send me a PM and we'll arrange it. You're not missing anything with Frontier DSL, though.
  2. When I went for my walk last night, I was glad to hear the Signal Check Pro chimes indicating 4G was on in my very rural neighborhood in Woodruff, near the intersection of 101 and 146. Glad to finally let DSL go. Sensorly data should be up soon.
  3. The area you are describing is approximately where I live. Verizon LTE has been there for some time. I don't have Verizon but several of my friends do. Their signal is not reliable, especially during Spring and Summer when there is a full canopy of leaves on the trees. Speaking from my experience only, Sprint has been very reliable and has good signal penetration in the very rural area where I live and I look forward to the LTE upgrade on my local tower.
  4. As of 10:00 this morning, the tower in Mauldin (29662) near the intersection of Butler Road and 276 has LTE live. I tested using my Kyocera Torque with both the Speedtest.net app and testmy.net . Both read about 17 down, 10 up. I don't use Sensorly but someone could drive through if they were so inclined.
