Teaser: Megalith, megahertz...Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3

Comparatively, a 720x1280 pixel screen is going backward, for me. The smaller Note 3 and S4 have full HD, so it would be hard for me to go to a significantly lower pixel density. Still, I am hopeful that, since this is a "new" version of the Mega, it will have different specs. Otherwise, I may have to hold out for the S5, I guess. I'm definitely not going to have my next phone be of lower resolution. I've even had my eye on the new LG, given some favorable reviews.

You're not the only one. Although I'm probably a bit too butch to provide any sort of balance.
Ditto! Besides, my husband is as much of a techno-geek as I am! He doesn't get my obsession with customizing my phone, though. So now that I'm no longer trying to fix all of Microsoft's bugs in Windows Mobile by creating custom ROMs five times a day for my HTC Touch Pro II, I just have to resist the temptation to stray from the stock ROM on my Note II.
Happy Valentine's Day to everyone!
And Robert, if you are not aware of how much of a saint you've got there.........

Well, if the iPhone doesn't support CDMA and simultaneous voice and data, then it MUST be a CDMA limitation. It cannot be an Apple decision to not support it. No, never.Nevermind that the iPhone doesn't even support simultaneous voice/data even over LTE, which is not even CDMA.Robert
Exactly. [sarcasm] I begin to wonder if it'll even support voice while on WiFi! [/sarcasm]

I find it amazing that a supposedly technical blog is still perpetuating the myth that CDMA isn't capable of simultaneous voice and data:
http://www.engadget.com/2012/09/18/apple-iphone-5-review/
FTA: "Beyond the availability of bands, an important distinction is the ability to do simultaneous voice and data. None of the iPhone 5 models can handle Voice over LTE, so when doing voice calling the phone falls back to either GSM or CDMA, and CDMA doesn't support simultaneous voice and data. So, if you absolutely need to talk and surf at the same time, you're stuck on AT&T in the US."
Or, you can pick a Sprint phone that handles simutaneous voice and data right now, like the EVO 4G LTE.

FYI, it does support 128 GB microSD cards. I have the Sandisk one in mine, and it works well, other than the nonsense of not being able to write to it from most apps.
