  1. Having used AT&T Band 17 a lot and very recently, Verizon Band 13 (my work decided it would be a good decision to give me a hotspot) a question has arised. Why is it that AT&T and Verizon devices can hold a -116 to -120 dbm signal on 700mhz if I put them in my pocket while while sprint can barely hold a -110 800mhz signal in my hand? A it just how sprint has programmed their phones or does the iPhone 6S have a terrible Band 26 antenna because it seems like sprint should hold onto that band 26 signal down to -120 at the very least and be very reluctant to drop to 3G.

The Iphone 7 works better than the Iphone 6's as far as the radio works the fixed all those issue with the iphone 7 I have 13 lines & 2 of those have the Iphone 7 plus both have better coverage then the iphone 6's & the LG v20 works well as well also the HTC Bolt was made for just Sprint where it works best is still being worked out as I am in CA it works best where they have started out in the midwest

  2. Yep. And it's been down 2 days now. They said they were working on it. They told someone the site that was down is 6 1/2 miles from them. I assume it's one link in the microwave chain they just recently put up. It's possible it was hit by lightning, but who knows.

Sorry really wish that I can post the pictures from my laptop i used the app before but it kept messing up

  7. Well if it's B25² on SCp then it's good news as most of central valley is only 20 MHz PCS A allocation.

This means that they've refarmed 10 MHz of it and slimmed it down to 3 CDMA carriers in exchange for a brand new 5 MHz FDD B25 carrier!

I have seen B25² at LAX using Singnal Check Pro when I looked into it was saying that it was also B26 I did not have enough time to screen shot it becasue it lasted for 15 sec plus I was driving so when I go back to LAX & I see it again I will screen shot it for everyone

  8. Darn - it would have been real nice to have. Assuming I searched the FCC's site correctly, it seems like they own the 15x15 PCS A block in this part of the country. That's a huge chunk of spectrum... any predictions as to how soon it'll get refarmed?

Maybe once they're allowed to run 800MHz LTE all over this market they can shut down EvDO and roll out 10x10 LTE on it and leave 5x5 for CDMA voice? I just hate seeing such a large chunk of spectrum being wasted on inefficient, outdated technology that nobody uses anymore...  :(

Just wait 4G will be gone shortly beacuse 5G is going to be installed pretty killer speeds they just did in London for the US speeds are 19.2 GB to 23.1 GB so we are on the waiting game again as sad as that is
