He's a Sprint engineer but could be confused.... Oh yes – John is talking about our 4X4 on 800. Right now we are at 4X2. We are doing this wherever we can get the antenna entitled. Sent a tweet about the unlock issue...with links to Reddit with many users having same issue. Did a 3 way call about it, states many tickets opened in last 48 hours. Adding tickets together to send to the correct department. Sprint finally acknowledging they have an issue with unlock requests and the essential phone. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
