Are speeds different from before? Could signal check help here?
Speeds are the same. I see the IP address on Oookla is 66.87.96.50, which appears to be a Sprint/Nextel IP as it should be. Phone is just being goofy.

CyanogenMOD's do not support dialer codes. Therefore you cannot access those screens in CM10. You will need a Sense based ROM to use dialer codes.
Robert from Note 2 using Tapatalk 4 Beta
So you were on a Nexus 6 with a Sprint SIM card in it and it said you were connected to Verizon LTE? If so, the next time that happens, take a screen shot of the LTE Engineering screen.
It will help us determine if you were actually connected to Verizon LTE or if the phone made an error.
No, it's a Galaxy S4 and due to the quote above this one, I cannot access to the engineering screen. I'm now down on Jefferson and still seeing the VZW message. Really odd. I won't blame the rom though, as it's been running on that for quite some time. Only today have I gotten the oddball Verizon thing.

so what causes this? First time my phone has shown Verizon. This all along Unser from Northern to McMahon. And now Golf Course.

Washington and 40. Near Calibers

wow, I need to move into the Daily Grind. I don't get that sort of throughput from Comcast

Just got these results sitting in my living room in the far far reaches of north Rio Rancho. Not terrible for barely a bar of reception.

Near Rio Rancho high school

I'm jealous as I work further down Jefferson, between San Fransisco and Masthead in what must be a Faraday Cage as I get zip for service.
-
Parked in traffic under the new Paseo overpass@ Jefferson I got some pretty amazing data performance.
-
Sorry I don't have a current picture, as I can't really come to a halt here.
This is clipped from Google. If I recall, this odd site located on the power line @ the eastbound Paseo off ramp leading to Coors is a Sprint site. Currently it's got new white panels and all sorts of fancy new hardware beneath the panels on the poles. Looks like more service to the west side shortly. Getting too used to the LTE on the other end of Paseo that the dead zone once you cross the river is disappointing, hopefully that will be gone soon.

Signal was yo yoing big time. I think the squeeze of the volume and sleep buttons to take the screen shot really killed it.

this morning, near Blake's on Unser and Wexford in RR

I agree. To Robert's point earlier about the TMO rollout, they eventually did cover the rest of the area and comparing their current download performance on sensorly to Sprint's, there is far less yellow and red on T Mobiles results. I do hope and have to believe this will eventually get better.I've noticed that in the morning I can get decent speeds 2-3 mbps and then the speeds diminish down to .36 mbps. Hoping that they are still working on this issue because it's nice to see 4g but if you can't use it, it is kind of pointless.

If only I had more reason to be in that part of town more often. Was only stopping for gasI would agree with the ping slightly high. Would make me believe that it has not been optimized. However if those speeds are coming at you at this time of day, feel blessed.
-
I was just saying it could be 3G still. I was impressed. Ping isn't great though

http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/08/05/7ary6ute.jpg[/img southern@ 528. Could be worse
-
Yes, the ping is poop, but I'm just amazed to get anything in Corrales, it's been notoriously bad in this area forever.I know your speeds are good and signal is low but I have to assume they are testing that site that you connected to as your ping is usually high.

Near Indigo Crow on Corrales Rd.

Terrible performance, but hooray for LTE at the west side Marble Tap Room

ugh, just now Unser@Southern
-
I'm guessing it's just spooling up and in acceptance now. Good things to come. Even better, I was able to map some LTE coverage from Southern and Unser nearly all the way to Paseo via Golf Course. LTE in Rio Rathole is something I've never seen. Maybe one day, even the folks at the Sprint call center on Sprint BLVD will actually see LTE? Ha! Ironic that would be.

Got mine yesterday, just like optimummind's above. Also just got a 150mb software update. Uh oh. Hopefully it's not re-installing the bloat I removed yesterday.
