  1. Got mine yesterday, just like optimummind's above. Also just got a 150mb software update. Uh oh. Hopefully it's not re-installing the bloat I removed yesterday.
  2. Speeds are the same. I see the IP address on Oookla is 66.87.96.50, which appears to be a Sprint/Nextel IP as it should be. Phone is just being goofy.
  3. No, it's a Galaxy S4 and due to the quote above this one, I cannot access to the engineering screen. I'm now down on Jefferson and still seeing the VZW message. Really odd. I won't blame the rom though, as it's been running on that for quite some time. Only today have I gotten the oddball Verizon thing.
  4. so what causes this? First time my phone has shown Verizon. This all along Unser from Northern to McMahon. And now Golf Course.
  5. wow, I need to move into the Daily Grind. I don't get that sort of throughput from Comcast
  6. Unrelated to your current conversation, but I was headed out to the far north of Rio Rancho Saturday and took a moment to do some Sensorly mapping. Glad to see the folks at the Sprint call center finally have LTE in their area. Always seemed terribly ironic that they were hosed for so long.
  7. Just got these results sitting in my living room in the far far reaches of north Rio Rancho. Not terrible for barely a bar of reception.
  8. I'm jealous as I work further down Jefferson, between San Fransisco and Masthead in what must be a Faraday Cage as I get zip for service.
  9. Parked in traffic under the new Paseo overpass@ Jefferson I got some pretty amazing data performance.
  10. Sorry I don't have a current picture, as I can't really come to a halt here. This is clipped from Google. If I recall, this odd site located on the power line @ the eastbound Paseo off ramp leading to Coors is a Sprint site. Currently it's got new white panels and all sorts of fancy new hardware beneath the panels on the poles. Looks like more service to the west side shortly. Getting too used to the LTE on the other end of Paseo that the dead zone once you cross the river is disappointing, hopefully that will be gone soon.
  11. Signal was yo yoing big time. I think the squeeze of the volume and sleep buttons to take the screen shot really killed it.
  12. I agree. To Robert's point earlier about the TMO rollout, they eventually did cover the rest of the area and comparing their current download performance on sensorly to Sprint's, there is far less yellow and red on T Mobiles results. I do hope and have to believe this will eventually get better.
