  1. it seems like there hasn't been any new spots on the map (except for beaver) in probably 2 months, what gives?
  2. i was just at the chipotle right next to that Sunoco a few hours earlier and I got nothing, they might have just turned those towers on.. Hopefully this time they'll stay on for good!
  3. NO FREAKING WAY!!! Tell me more, speeds, signal strength, etc. This jazzes me up!
  4. he means in his town not Pittsburgh as a whole.. In RyanChaw's town (perryopolis) they have began upgrading the towers in you area, but you do not yet have access to 4g, should be a couple more months (around September or October) before you start to see 4g in your area.
  5. the LTE in Cranberry was shut off for some reason, might have just been testing
  6. ok thanks.. There already a couple places mapped on sensorly that's how I initially found about it
  7. 4G IN CRANBERRY!! I got the signal in the new Dick's and had it until I was near 7 fields.. Went back later that day in case it was a fluke and it was no fluke.. SUPER PUMPED!! Also, can someone map the areas that do have a 4g signal I would love to know how close it is to my house
  8. Picked up 4g in Washington, got 3.08 down, 4.7 up. Looks like they're turning on towers down there
  9. i live in Adams township (my house is literally steps away from seven fields) you might be on the other side of cranberry. I have proof as well of the speedtests I have taken
  10. Yes. Even though I have not gotten 4g in my area yet, I still have excellent 3G in my area. I can peak at speeds of over 2.5 Mbps at the right time of the day and still maintains 1+ mbps at any time of the day. This gets me pumped for the speeds I might see with the upgraded network because of how close I am to the 3G tower. I say this because generally Sprint will keep their 3G and 4g towers in the same spot.
  11. I picked up a 4g signal in Oakmont right next to the golf course.. Weak signal, but there is 4g out that way
  12. More new LTE: New Kensington, Kennywood Park (Duquense) West Mifflin, and south Wexford. Really starting to get a good amount of LTE around the city.
  13. i live up at the pointe, which isn't far from there at all actually
  14. my phone keeps switching between o and 3G, could you do a signal check and see if there is an LTE signal in our area? It just started doing this today and I keep hoping that its a faint LTE signal.
  15. super pumped to hear that! Maybe we'll get it in my area soon!
  16. yeah I just go to places where LTE has been newly mapped on sensorly and I try to find that signal
  17. do you work for sprint or are you just assuming things? Just out of curiosity..
  18. right around where its mapped on sensorly
  19. I took a speedtest in Monroeville and Ross township. I had excellent speeds (18.48mbps down, 4.74mbps up) in Ross township and decent speeds (8.91mbps down, 3.87mbps up) in Monroeville. I was not able to get a speedtest in downtown or in Greensburg.
  20. I can confirm that there is now LTE in Ross township, Monroeville, Greensburg, and a small fraction of downtown Pittsburgh. This is the most new LTE addition to the Pittsburgh market since LTE was first introduced to the city in April. Good news for sure.
