Not sure. I just reinstalled signal check and will check when I get back there. Experiencing 3mb down and up at my condo in South Boston. Were you on B26? If so, that's normal under the current load balancing scheme.

Too many people seem to hold the idea that their wireless service should work equally well everywhere they go with any device.

That's the goal of network vision isn't it? To provide an overall better Network experience for customers with competitive Internet speeds. I know it's still a work in progress.

My apologies, can't seem to update profile from tapatalk so I'll do it when I am at my pc. I am using Samsung Galaxy s6 edge plus.Or people who want effectively S4GRU diagnostic services need to post not only their locations but also their devices.

On another note.. i was doing some work in the Kendall/MIT area in Cambridge and got a good 4G signal but only 4 mb down and 1 mbps up... tower must be at capacity there... where else have people experienced jammed up towers in the Boston area? I don't go into downtown much so everywhere I go, it's an average of 10 - 12 mbps download speeds.
-
True. How is everyone liking the coverage so far in the Boston area? I mostly get 4g everywhere I go so far. I wish NV would improve the indoor coverage of my parents place in Braintree.People don't post here regularly.

What do you mean by dead?Sort of a dead market but I picked up CA for the first time in Dedham, MA.
Not a good signal but I was getting speeds of over 40mbit. Very slick!
Hopefully more CA to come!

Yeah there had been no upgrades around my area for a while now. Hopefully we start seeing it pick up again. We just gotta face it, Central/South Jersey are not major markets for them. There is much more important areas for them to be competitive in.

Why is that? My in-laws tell me everybody in central jersey has VZW...
-
yea that's true...I m actually lucky ....sprint has started spark deployment in my town
Where are you located?
-
All in all though I gotta say there have been many improvements by Sprint. Most of the time when I'm driving around here I am connected to LTE especially as you get closer to the bridges to Philly so it's not all bad.
glad south jersey is getting some love! now we need more NV in central jersey!

No
Anybody having Bluetooth connectivity issues since the update?

i feel like the implementation is really slow in the whole state... went to Edison, central jersey, jersey shore (pier village)... i must have the worst luck cuz' i can't seem to get a reliable internet connection when i need it... =\
This contrasts to the Boston area... most places i get a solid LTE connection of some kind... mostly defaulting to the band 26
-
ah OK I m only 25 minutes from there ....the lte service in Monroe and where I live is extremely spotty ...

you mean monroe in central new jersey ?
Yes

Just came back from visiting my in laws in Monroe. It seems everywhere I went had slow data speeds. Almost like Sprint doesn't even care about this part of the state. Or perhaps Verizon has a monopoly in the area? I would think by now there would be resources to ramp up implementation of 4G LTE. Guess not... =\

Picking up traces of B41 at Somerville hospital. Either weak signal or no back haul installed.
-
Sprint going big bang in Boston area for b41? Getting b41 signals at my condo in lower mills Dorchester and weak one at Somerville hospital. Not spark speeds as I am sure backhaul is not upgraded.

What is das?
-
How the hell is this possible without b41? Central square Cambridge Starbucks which also has b41 tower somewhere.

With a weak signal on b41 in hmart in central square, got 20 mbps down! Very nice!

For phase1 right?Supposedly all of MA is going to be completed in September? Do you think it will really include Berkshire County?
-
Got a weak b41 signal in front of Forrester Research in Cambridge. - 114dbm and almost getting 6mbps down and 1 mbps up.
-
Huh? Boston is live with 4gSo any news about 4G?
-
Great signal around the park Street area. Just not the b41 speeds I hoped for. Assuming due to high traffic area or backhaul not fully upgraded.Yeah, I avoid the B line. C line is the way to go. If you are on the B line, at packards corner, they have a nice B41 alive and well, though it is backhaul limited to around 35mbit or so.
Boston Common has always been pretty poorly covered by clearwire, which is odd. They have odd cell spacing around the common. Other carriers blast signals from roofs around the common where as sprint/clear sort of dance around it. They have one site at the end of charles street that does the heavy lifting. Poor spacing.

Anyone know how the LTE coverage is in the monroe township area? Heading down to see my in-law for the holiday. Wondering if things have improved since the summer.
