  1. I love the protection of the Ballistic case but what annoys me is the rubber corners which makes the inside of my pocket come out when I remove it. Minor to some, but pseudo-major to me. Otterbox Commuter is my current favorite. Just my $.02 Mav. Sent from Torchwood
  2. As there is a pretty good rumor that the release of the Nexus 5 imminent, he might be thinking of that and not the G2. Mav. Sent from Torchwood
  3. I am glad that I have already ordered a case: http://www.phonesreview.co.uk/2013/10/12/lg-g2-drop-test-shows-the-need-for-a-case/ Mav. Sent from Torchwood

  5. Well...OK. But you be sure to let us know when to start. I'm a little rusty on panic. Mav.

  12. It does not say Tri-Band but does note "coverage enhancements" "network technology" "updated spectrum" and "improved signal strength." http://network.sprint.com/?ECID=MA%3AEM%3A20130911%3ALNL%3AB2C%3AREG%3AVT%3Anetwork Mav.

  14. Looks to have only been up since Sept 3rd per the web address: "CHP:RG:LG:20130903" No mention of the page on here before the 5th. Nevertheless, it is good to see some forward movement by Sprint to get the phone out when they can. Better late than never. Mav.
  15. A pre-registration landing page is definitely a step in the right direction. Mav.

  20. Good point. All we can do is guess. Someone will get it right. As a wise man once said, "Patience, Daniel-san." Hope we know soon. I am sure the people at LG are just laughing their asses of with all of our theorizing and BSing. Mav. Sent from The Untempered Schism
  21. I will double-check that rumor. My thinking is that Sprint will want as much time as possible to get their Tri-Band infrastructure in place as this is almost definitely the first such device being released. The extra couple of weeks won't make someone drop Sprint and go elsewhere just to get this phone. At least I hope not. Just my $.02 Mav. Sent from The Untempered Schism
  22. I heard Sept 27th for Sprint's release. My early upgrade is not until Dec 1st so I am not chomping at the bit as much as some of the others but I really do want this phone. Mav.
