Not sure about your phone, but the alpha releases of CM10 have data issues on the Note. And a LOT of other roms are based on CM10. The usual fix is toggling airplane mode on and back off, but it isnt a network issue, its the rom. (all based on my experience and reading about the Note, your profile says GS3 so it may be a differnet issue.)

I work network maintenance for a utility company. We get just as much done in the winter as in the summer. I would actually argue we get more done in the winter. You can dress warm for the winter. But when minimum clothing is a shirt and jeans its hard to stay cool in 95plus temps (all 2 weeks we get them.) Stioll no 4G for me in Saint Paul. Hopefully they start hitting inner city towers soon...im sitting less than 40feet from one right now as I type this and would hapily help the guys out if they want
