  1. Found this for you. ericdabbs, on 16 May 2012 - 02:05 AM, said: If this is true, then this is great news. If only a software upgrade is required on Sprint towers to be LTE release 10 compliant then that is great. I would hate to be Verizon or AT&T that has to come in the truck loads and install new equipment to be LTE release 10 compliant. I am not sure what you mean by Sprint LTE at 800 MHz will be out of box LTE advanced. I think what Sprint meant by that is by the time 800 MHz LTE is launched, the towers will be upgraded to LTE release 10 and be LTE-Advanced compatible. Yes it is true http://seekingalpha....right-lte-stuff IF everything goes by plan Sprint will be in a very very good position compared to Verizon and ATT. and thanks for clarifying 800 mhz LTE. 2. Hello Robert, I owned CLWR stock at $10 and ended up selling at $ 7.50. Luck.... I did !!! You are correct, Sprint can not let then go under ath this point ....but thery came very close in December 2011 , if things would have worked out with Lightsquared ! I do see the value in the spectrum holdings with LTE advanced and the huge bandwidth. (In 2013 -2014) But lets face it , they wasted hundred of million $ on direct sales and stratagies that never worked out . They could fire everyone at CLWR and still have Sprint as the largest customer and saved alot of $ ! The combo of Sprint ,Clwr and Dish would be excellent ! Cheers
  3. Looking at CLWR stock price this AM down 5%, seems like I made the right move selling .
  4. In my opinion , a deal with Dish would kind of replaces the deal they had with Lightsquared. It was obvious Sprint was more interested in lightsquared vs Clearwire. I do agree , that having both Clearwire and Dish is ideal case scenario . The bandwidth is very important today and much more important in the future !
  5. Sold out all my shares of CLWR today on the news. (In at 1.28 out at 1.19) My gut feeling is that DISH is going to team up with Sprint when they get approval from FCC on spectrum this summer. Sprint is on Dish's side in filings with FCC and T-Mobile and Metro PCS are fighting the Dish new spectrum approval req. If Sprint partners up with Dish the CLWR stock should tank ??? Then jump, when some one buys out CLWR ? We will see ? Cheers.
  6. Some of my investment research sites stated that Apple sold aprox 10 M iPhones in Q1. I added known #'s from VZ and AT&T - 10M= 2.5 M for Sprint. Based on after hours S trading they should report good numbers tomorrow AM. Michel
  7. Seems like Sprint sold 2.5M iPhone's last Qtr. (ATT 4.3M and VZ 3.2M ) We will find out in the AM. If so that would be great with the NV upgrades !
