  1. I work in the Technology park area as well. My speed issues were previously in Lawrenceville, but I haven't noticed speeds in Norcross getting worse. Particularly around the Old Peachtree Rd area where I'll lose LTE completely, phone says searching and drops to 3G. I'm starting to think these issues are indeed capacity related. 2. I only spoke with first level reps who tell me they will put in a ticket and get back to me within 48 hours. I'll try to get someone higher on the phone. I visited the Sprint store yesterday and they put me on the phone with someone in tech support who says they will look into it. This is the speed I get when I leave the black hole that is Club Dr: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free
  3. Yes, Sprint insists there is no issue in the area even though EVERYONE in the Club Dr area complains about this. The last ticket I had them put in was closed out with no resolution although 5 of my neighbors called during the same week to complain/cancel. We all have the exact same issues. Pleasant Hill, 5MB down. The minute you turn into Club Dr and pass the golf course, signal drops out completely, phone says "searching" and then switches between service and no service until you get to Herrington Rd. Data service is spotty unless you're up late at night or early in the morning. When I'm tracking around town, I usually get 10 down or so.
  4. Yes, this is while connected to LTE. Right now it's 6:50 am, still and "off hour" and I'm gettingn this: As the day gets on, the speed drops back to being unusable.
  5. Generally around 1.5 down and .5 up, although I've seen it go as high as 4 down overnight. Upload never really changes that much.
  6. Yes, things definitely get better after midnight or so . If I'm up around 3-4am I can generally manage to get YouTube or Netflix to work on my phone, not always a guarantee, though.
  7. I've actually posted about network issues here in the past, but things are even worse now. I'd say 50 percent of the time my data service is unusable.
  8. Right around the beginning of July, I'd say. Service in this area has never stellar, but it was at least usable.
  9. I've had issues in the past, but lately things have gotten REALLY bad with the service in the 30044 area. People tell me my phone goes straight to voicemail, and the phone switches from 1X to 3G to LTE every two minutes or so. Sprint insists there is no issue, but EVERYONE in this area with Sprint says the exact same thing. As soon as I get to Pleasant Hill road in one direction or Herrington road in another direction, service is EXCELLENT. Sprint denies there is an issue but what you see in the image is a GOOD day. Can anyone tell me where my closest tower is and if there are any known issues? My closest major crossroads are: Pleasant Hill at Club Dr Club Dr at Cruse Rd
  10. Quick update: The IOS 6.1 update seems to have resolved the issues I was having on my device(iPhone 5) while at home. Still not sure about the other users in my area, but for now I'm a happy camper. Keeping my fingers crossed!
  11. Perhaps I'm wrong, but I'm starting to think my LTE issues are because my home area is over capacity(yes, already). LTE works perfectly in most areas of Atlanta I travel to, and it's crazy fast. When I'm home, my phone is constantly switching between 3G and LTE, this is my typical LTE speed test: If I happen to be up around 3-6 am when everyone else is sleep, I get this: Anyplace else in Atlanta I'm getting no less than 10 down and 2 up. Side note, everyone else in my area with Sprint gets these same dismal speeds as well. As stated in my previous post, I'm in the 30044 area. Initially Sprint told me they were upgrading my area, now that the upgrades are supposedly complete, they're saying its my phone and to take it to the Apple Store. They are completely ignoring the fact that my speeds are excellent anywhere else.
  12. No updates on the Pleasant Hill/Club Dr area of Gwinnett? I see LTE, but it drops in and out consistently.
  13. Any news on the 30044 Lawrenceville area near club drive? My data speeds have been horrible for months now, I've been lurking here for awhile. Read on another forum to try ##update# and that actually helped with my 3G speeds A LOT. I'm even starting to hold LTE for longer times, but I'm still being switched back and forth between 3G and LTE every couple of minutes or so. Does anyone know if the Sensorly app will be on iOS ever?
