There is more LTE in the Briarwood section of Queens. I was able to capture some on sensorly while driving on Main Street.

Looks like a new tower just went online somewhere in Rego Park. I got the signal all the way in Elmhurst at Junction and Corona. It should be visible on sensorly soon.

Are they putting LTE in the subways?
#7 runs on an elevated line once it reaches queens. I really hope there will never be any voice service in the tunnels. Standing next to 5 different people talking in 5 different languages is not fun after a long day at work.

Just did some sensorly on the #7 train between queensboro plaza and 40th street.

I noticed LTE in ridgewood there's also LTE in east Elmhurst where I picked it up . Someone should go map it
I mapped some on sensorly at Metropolitan ave while shopping at BJs. The speeds in the parking lot were around 10 down and 6 up.
I see someone has been mapping Rikers island . Maybe the signal is making it all the way to east emhurst

Use Sensorly.
Zoom in around Rego park center and you can see some purple on the LIE .
Thanks. looks like the signal was picked up at Junction and LIE overpass. This is probably coming from the same tower that lit up GSP.

Just mapped some streets in Forest Hills by Grand Central Pkwy. Looks like the signal is coming from one of the towers in Fresh Meadows. I am also getting some signal at the north side of my house. The signal is too flaky and a speedtest gives me 1.5 down and .05 up. This is all good news

LTE on the LIE near Rego Park
Just mapped utopia Parkway from LIE to northern Blvd. I see you have already mapped the LIRR route. Where did you see the LTE in Rego Park? I live right around there.

LTE in midtown Manhattan!
I left work yesterday and saw 4g signal north of radio city hall for a couple of seconds. I turned on my sensorly and started walking south. From w49 street and sixth Ave I had solid 4g signal. Looks like the active tower is somewhere by diamond district. I had to get in the subway so I stopped at 42nd street. I noticed on sensorly someone had already mapped the w46 St block. Let's hope they start moving north pretty soon.

This morning I noticed that the Forest Hills tower just got turned on. I am getting anywhere from 97dBm to 105dBm signal all across my house. The speeds and ping times are all over the place. I did a lot of mapping on sensorly but could not see any updated panels or new RRUs where the tower is suppose to be. I'll wait for Robert to update the maps to find out where the signal is coming from.
