During the Christmas holiday I got my mom a phone and the network was so bad that Best Buy couldn't activate the new phone. I waited 45 minutes at the store then left with the phone inactive until it automatically completed 2hrs later. Data is unusable to say the least. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk 2
