How can they be ahead of schedule and start 3rd round Markets when it seems nothing has been done yet in central Florida? 1st LTE sites were supposed to be present in September but I have yet to find one...Im happy that these markets are getting LTE but why dont some 2nd round Markets get ahead of schedule?...
Is something going on in central Florida(other than the birds) thats causing what seems to be a delay for us?
