  1. I am sure it might have been mentioned but there are 232 pages to look through, does the Nexus 5 HD voice capable? Thanks.

Trying to get ideas for a new phone.

Yes it is. I haven't noticed any speaker issues, coming from EVO LTE I prefer speaker placement on N5 better.

  2. From what I have read any Nexus 5 bought from T-Mobile cannot be used on the Sprint Network. Verizon does not allow any Nexus 5 on their network period. Nexus 5's bought at AT&T, the Play Store or Sprint of course can be used on the Sprint Network.

Sprint techs don't know what they're talking about a good portion of the time just politely point them in the right direction. All Nexus 5 are the same.

Refer to my screen shot of my email from Google in regards to Sprint.

you got the phone from tmo? Or want to activate on tmo?

That's the fix to activate with Sprint if the phone wasn't purchased from Sprint. You can also contact Google directly. Takes like 3-5 mins and they will be glad to help.

  4. Everyone is getting that text. I would take the part about upgrades being complete in a month with a large bucket of salt. If they said 2-3 months everything would be largely complete, I'd probably hesitantly agree.

Those stupid text messages r self sabotage, IMHO. As some consumers take it as accurate set in stone guarantees. The wording is wrong, overly vague, and just about meaningless to anyone in the know. They just end up as another "sprint is going to do/be..." conversations, that don't meet expectations. But you get what you pay for. Lol

  5. Could the 800 I'm picking up on Gender Rd south of Refugee Rd to Brice Rd n Chantry Blvd from Pickerington Rd override the LTE I was mapping? Or would that be the poor radios on this Evo lte?

Or would that LTE in light purple I'm seeing all around me on gender, Scarborough Blvd n Tussing be B41?

  6. Just north of Winchester Pike by maybe 800 feet?

Picked up 4-6 800 sites in test mode this morning. I got screen shots but have to go back over them to know which sites specifically. I did get the two on South Hamilton Rd, one next to Groveport HS the other across from Nafzger Park, also Kleinline Ave in Obetz.

Nafzger park will be a good one for the area! Hope that one combined with the one on Old Brice n 270/main St will quell poor coverage on noe-bixby n Gender Rd

  7. I'll be out by Brice and Refugee tomorrow late afternoon, I'll see if that new LTE tower reaches that far. It's nice to see Sprint bring LTE to outlying areas, until WiMax which was concentrated to big cities, at least at the time when the plug was pulled on it.

I just wish us big city folks would get it too B)

I didn't get any hits in the brice refugee/chatterton Rd area earlier in the evening, but it could be my phone. Hopefully you'll have better luck! I'm waiting for it closer to 70 and Brice area.
