The guy on the sprint customer service line 1 888 211 4727 told me there excepted launch date for Roanoke Va is Nov 20 this was at 10 30 am this morning.

I totally agree heard it since 4g wi max was comming out.

I know in Roanoke Va were supposed to get 4g lte in Nov. The stores here from what ntelos customers told me Friday Oct 12 2015 that there service becomes sprint in Nov.

I think all ntelos operations cease on Nov 15 if Im not mistaken

You might want to go to a ntelos store or sprint and ask them. Sprint is taking over ntelos next month.

No to be honest the sprint exeutive has paid my bill for the last 6 months. We were supposed to get 4g lte in May 2015 the iphones wouldnt work on the towers for some reason. And when shentel bought ntelos which I think it goes through Nov 15 of this year shentel. Shentel wanted there network when they turn it on.

Called ntelos today to see about towers in roanoke virginia she said. 6 months from now guess I'm leaving sprint.

Why would the sprint reps say we will be able to use 4g in 30 days it makes no sense to tell me where going to be able to use 4g and we don't and we're talking about the Canton Ohio then go to see about my upgrade and ask the rep at Valley View he said the exact same thing as Canton Ohio so heck it was sprint people update the towers maybe there waiting on the 165 foot tower over by the Star that they being fighting Roanoke council about the people tried to ge not to get it by Roanoke council members passed the bill they could build it.

I hope it is Sept so when I get my note 4 in September it be Great new phone plus 4g.

It was Sprint in Canton oh 1 888 211 4727 This is actually the first time 3 reps on this line in store actually said the same exact thing They could actually see the tower being upgrade I was getting tired of the same old run around I was going to take my 5 lines and go elsewhere was tired of waiting for 4g The reps said there turning on 4g starting In Sept and it should be fully functional in 30 days.
