I see some talk of the crews getting started in September and some towers coming on-line in October, but then later in this article it mentions April 2013 and Sept 2013. So it this saying that even though the toweds would be ready they wont make the LTE public till April 2013 at the earliest?

I know there is no way to know for sure...but going on this its possible to start seeing some coverage ( at least better 3g coverage in detroit and the water front area) in October?
