Yes that's how it's been all day for me on my SGS3. I have a friend on an EVO 4G (OG) in Houston that said her network has been wonky all afternoon, and she can receive but not send texts. She could not make phone calls either. Wonder if the LTE towers had anything to do with this?

The Colony (between Dallas and Fort Worth) has had LTE all afternoon as well. A friend of mine with a SGS3 also reports LTE in West Plano. It has been on and off, however. This is from my S3
