Just spoke with the Crew working the Tower @ Roosevelt/Edgewood behind Moon River, they were replacing the 11's with 31's, from what the guy said, they've done probably 25 swaps in the last 5-6 Weeks. -
Now they're turning on those last single sectors on the towers Broadcasting Spark that I have not been able to utilize, and the most important one to me is the one 2 Blocks from my house that I had not been able to connect to :-)

I too have it at my house now(B26) I am hoping they lit it up on the Little Talbot Island Tower also, I'll find out today.
