  1. Got my SIM, entered the info on sprint's site, talked to chat and gave them the info. They told me to turn on the phone. Still no service. They told me to try and make a call and it says "Mobile network not available"

     

    Under select mobile networks, sprint is no longer listed (not sure if it was before) only ATT and Tmo.

     

    Any ideas? The chat rep seems stumped.

     

    I just looked at my settings (my phone is not set up by the way) and under "Mobile Network Settings" there is a "Network Mode" Option.  You choose 2G, 3G, or LTE.  Now I'm guessing if you aren't in a LTE area, you may not pick up a signal?  Try to switch it to 3G and see what it offers you then.

     

    Just a random idea.

  2. Thanks. With the 32's working now for activation is the online system wanting the MEID or the other number? Or does either work now?

     

    This is what I was told:

     

     

    1. Log onto Sprint website.

    2. Navigate to "My Phones" and proceed to activate your phone on whatever line you choose.

    3. Enter MEID Minus the last digit.

    4. Recieve error telling you phone caannot activate at this time.

    5. Open chat and fill in with appropriate info.

    6. When chat employee asks for ESN, just give them the IMEI minus the final digit.

    7. They will ask for UICC #, give that to them.

    8. Profit.

     

  3. My phone comes today, sim comes tomorrow. Just to confirm, I won't mess up the Sprint activation process tomorrow by turning the phone on without a sim and setting it up over WiFi, correct?

     

    Have you received tracking info from Sprint yet on the SIM card? 

     

    My order still shows "In process".  The order was set up last night via Worlwide Chat w/overnight shipping.

  4. I have been part of a few pre-orders at Sprint and everytime they shipped them overnight the day before.  So my money is on them shipping out on Thursday overnight with a Friday delivery.

     

    I would always check the order status on my account (My Account > Pay my bill > View my orders (right side))

    One of them updated quicker than the other with tracking info.
