So now that sandy knocked out most cell service in northern NJ.. Does that mean that the 4g lte will get deployed in the spots that the service is down... So really my question is will the storm motivate accent lucent to fix the service but add lte to each tower as they fix em and turn them on..?
So if the town gives the permits, will they start the work immediately. If they are started a third round market deployment will they incorporate a second round market as northern New Jersey is.
Waiting for lte update on NJ...any inside info...just wondering have a lte phone and using a weak 3g network...any way that they start work early and would they block the signal off each tower till they have a percentage completed
will the fact that samsung is going to help with the portable cell towers, will that mean they will be able to deploy the LTE service faster in some areas.. I have seen a few of the tower over by the Metlife Stadium in East ruthford NJ
im hoping that sprint starts the work in this area. i have a tower around the corner by my house and it seems it may be a lte upgade tower. so im guessing when sprint unblocks the lte in my area i might get great service. i am just eager to use my evo lte phone how it should be used on a 4g lte network. and i was wondering if sprint is doing that mobile cell sites with samsung will that make the 4g deployment faster so they can get the service up and running?
if they only let the LTE phones use wimax.. a smartphone the uses 3g 4g and 4g lte that would have been smart sprint.. you have a wifi hot spot that does that, why not a phone
Im from bergen county and i hope that the nyc signal reaches over the river. because i heard the november is the eairliest we will see LTE here in NJ. but the first tri-signal station in branchburg NJ.. WTF sprint get on the ball..
