  1. Go into location settings and place it on GPS only for a couple of days the use can go back. I did the same thing you did and did not get it to work. I followed the steps above and now I don't have any problems with it. Hope this helps.

  2. It's been dropping for me pretty frequently too but I think it's the network doing it's thing. However I've been getting no sim card several times a day lately. Called Sprint last night told them about it and they wanted to charge me $40 for a new one. My reply was "the phone is 6 month old and you are going to charge for a new one" then she tried to get me to upgrade phones. I was dumbfounded and replied I would like to be transferred to the disconnection Dept to cancel all 9 lines please. Sir wait please "OK" I credited your account $40 for the cost of a new sim card.

  3. Has anyone had a pop up at the bottom of the screen saying "Sim refreshing"? It said that then had no signal for probably 10 minutes at least. Is that normal or no?

    Sent from a Note 4

It happened to me for the 1st time yesterday. Then the phone said no sim card I restarted it and it sims like everything is back to normal.

  4. Is anyone having problems with GPS. My GPS stopped working completely it will not lock any satellite. I went back to NK2 performed a factory reset, upgraded to lollipop again, performed another factory reset and downloaded all my apps again. GPS still not working. Suggestion please...

  5. I'm also experiencing horrible battery life. I have two note 4 and the battery is performing identically. I have cleared all cache, restarted several times and have drain/charge the battery 3 times. The other phone was factory reset last night and both are still performing the same. Its seems the phone keeps searching for better signal even though current signal is about 100.

  6. I hope you are right. My first day after update had horrible battery, at least 30% less efficient. Given how much Google bragged about giving Android's battery attention by dropping Dalvik and Project Volta, I would expect much better battery out the gate and zero battery draining bugs.
