  1. LTE is available in a lot of Seattle metro areas, but their towers are not placed densely enough to provide service in large buildings.

     

    Because of the IBEZ buffer from Canada, without them installing new towers, our service won't improve. So we have to accept what we have now.

     

    I have seen removed towers that used to be Nextel, so they aren't interesting in expanding coverage here either. Maybe they'll just wait several years for the IBEZ situation to be worked out.

     

    Maybe they'll purchase and add 600 Mhz in the years to come, that would help for sure.

    So until/if that happens, our coverage won't improve. 

    so you are able to pickup lte on 2500 or 1900 band?

  2. Apologies in advance if this is the wrong forum to ask this question. I live in the Seattle area and Sensorly shows 4G is available.

     

    I've have enabled LTE / Band 26 / Band 41 and priorities are set to the below:

     

    Band 25 - 0
    Band 26 - 0
    Band 41- 1

     

    Preferred network mode is set to LTE and not Global. However, I'm always on 3G and never able to pick up 4G.

     

    Did I miss any setting? If not, I suspect its due to this?

    Sprint Rep.: You would contact sprint once the sim card is in the device and we would activate using your MEID number in the device which the person who is activate will show you how to find this number , the activation should be 10 minutes or less
