The Roar Rd tower in Groveport is now live with 1900. Didn't have time to grab any info though. Pretty awesone to be in Baltimore yesterday & Groveport today and just happen to notice the icon on my device.

I live right across from the soccer fields.... no LTE on my note 2 or 3 yet.

Am I the only person on this board to pick up LTE in Groveport? It's not new. I'm shocked the two soccer dads haven't said anything as the soccer field was one of the places I've picked it up.

Today for the 1st time in 4 weeks, I was on a call going down 256 between Refugee & 70 and the call didn't drop once. 2 times actually. Not sure if it was luck or a good sign... Either way it felt amazing! That stretch has been unusable for too long.

Is the LTE sprint is putting up now LTE 1900 or LTE 800? In most buildings I don't get reliable 3G signal.Sent from my EVO using Tapatalk 4

Someone posted about the cloverleaf for 70/256. It kinda looks like NV antennas on it. They're so high though. Who hasa SLR/DSLR that can get some pics? Anyone daring enough to get up in the vicinity of the site for some pics?

I spoke to a tower climber that said he and his buddy were in town from Detroit and thaey were installing Sprint LTE on this site. That was 2 weeks ago and I seen them there working for about 3 days, then nothing. When I mentioned it here, all the replies said there was no Sprint on that tower. I really hope they weren't messing with me. That would be an insane improvement for that area.

I was in Groveport for soccer today (4677 Bixby Rd.) and I got 2M download speed.  That's new to me.

I live in the development across the street from there and my kid played there this morning as well. That tower is the one on Venture Pl. over behind the high school. That tower has had zero NV work started yet. Ever since the 800 voice and 1900 3G was completed on the Rohr Rd. tower which is south of there the data speeds picked up a lot.

Looks to me like WIP. The antenna pics look fuzzy when zoomed in but when zoomed out appears like the dreadlocks monster mess.

By no means an expert, but those look like NV cabinets.  Being that far away and a little blurry, I can't confirm for sure.  Looks like NV antennas as well.  Are those the full resolution photos?  Maybe whomever you are using cropped / re-sized them?  Thanks again for taking a look at this.

I tried higher resoluton first but it said 1 was too big so I unfortunately reduced it. Probably a bit too much. Sorry for the blurriness.

WIP 256 & Livingston. This is all I had time to get.

Currently there's 3-5 guys on the tower at 256 & Livingston. I believe work is currently going on at the tower off tussing as well. Hopefully some good things to come in the area soon...

Here's to hoping! The tower on Venture Pl. in Groveport has been out of service off & on since yesterday afternoon. If this gets the 800 upgrade the Rohr Rd. tower got it would be awesome. Drove by and didn't see any wip though...

He said they were pretty much done and the ground trucks started their work yesterday... Fingers crossed!

Can anyone confirm if the tower on the exit ramp at 256 & 70 carries sprint? I spoke with a climber yesterday that said he was here from out Iof town installing Sprint LTE in the area and that tower was near complete. Sure enough while driving by this morning, there is 2 guys dangling about 1/2 up the tower.

It was pitiful yesterday. I got so ticked I almost threw the phone out the window. 4-5 bars but creepy crawley speeds. Actually this week I've had 6 dropped calls and that hasn't happened in a long time.

On 256 near Chipotle and 3g is doing well...

As far as the tower behind Groveport high school, if you turn on the street and go by the Imagine school all the way in the rear tou can see the equipment through a normal fence. I just have no clue what is what.

I live north of there, closer to the tower behind Groveport high school. Not sure which tower is the reason but my 3g & voice have way way stronger for about 3 weeks now.

Just drove around there tonight. The tower on Rohr Rd has RRU's, antennas, base cabinets and fiber rough in complete. May not be too long. Quick! to the WIP thread (mobile)!!

 

Besides the site near Diley Road, I didn't see any other active NV work in the area.
