I want to have 4G coverage if I buy a 4G device but at this point I just want decent 3G coverage.I know this isn't a complaint site but there's bound to be complaints, rants, and venting. It's going to happen unfortunately.

Hasn't been any complaints since this news release from Sprint. Wish they never released this. It caused all the cry babies to come out. If you want 4G so bad either move to a location that has it or swap carriers!!

I was actually surprised when my cruise ship pulled into St. Thomas a couple of weeks ago that my G3 that was set for "Sprint Only" showed 3G signal. Let me catch up on all my voicemails....so maybe that wasn't a good thing after all. Who knew there was a Sprint signal in the middle of the carribean -- although I suspect that the backhaul is pretty limited.

St Thomas and St John have had Sprint for years now. My parents own a villa on St john and switched to Sprint for that reason. They were with Nextel before they merged.

Just wondering when they normally test a site with live 4G. Once a site is accepted as completed 3G/4G does that mean live testing is all done?

It is being upgraded one site at a time and nowhere near complete. You know this.Robert

I like how they make it sound like the flipped a switch for the whole Boston market today to upgrade the 3G speeds. Fools.

Apparently he said he has multiple carriers on that tower. Not sure who Netcom is working for.

Right where the 6 is next to mill st is where I am now.

Yes. I work 3 streets to the right of Highway 140 and right on Rt 6.

Also Open source maps never shows me connected to that one. Not sure how accurate that app is.
