You have an android right? If so, dl MSL reader and run it if you're rooted. If not rooted, call sprint and tell customer service and tell them you need ur MSL to get ur phone working again.... I've done both ways effectively.... Sent from my EVO using Tapatalk 4 Beta

If you've messed with bands in the phone info setting this could cause it. Only way I could get back was to do full stock install from the stock flash and then I did the factory reset back to zero as in requiring a hands free activation. Not sure which one did it. Also if you flashed your own basebands through out the life of the phone I know there were a few of just the modem and not all the other NVRAM pieces too. Bad zip files there. Could be a complete mess as you don't which ones you are missing now, not sure if you can go back to the beginning and start working up from there. It's also the EVO LTE which does have issues with LTE. A couple guys in our market had issues with theirs not connecting to LTE, not sure what the store did to fix it. I've never messed with the settings before... I restored one of my old roms and will attempt to get lte again tomorrow. Sent from my EVO using Tapatalk 4 Beta

I'm going to take the scenic route to work tomorrow. It'll take me through that area. I'll report what I find after my first two meetings (~8:30am) Really hate u guys right now... In Columbus now, my lte isn't working and was around both towers. Checked all my settings and root is good... Going to backup my rom tonight and flash another rom. I was there a few minutes ago. Literally right underneath when I pulled my information. You may want to check to make sure you have LTE enabled. I'm getting LTE at this second. (Went to K&G).
