    I have the Galaxy S4. First time ever i noticed it was connected via 4G in Louisville about 9-10pm last night. I was at Popular Level Road and I-264. I have been told the 3rd quarter of 2013 is when 4G LTE will be in Louisville. I've also always been told they test the network at night, so there ya go. I can back up the others saying they were getting 4G in the area. And yes the speed was noticeably faster than 3G. I've been on the 4G LTE with Sprint in Indy, seemed equivalent.
