cough cough cough cough
Awesome. I always turn to look at it when I leave in the morning to see if there's any work being done on it. I'll keep an eye on it too. There was no work being done on the other Citrus Heights tower last week. Will pass by this week to check again.

I can't think of the Galleria without drooling. Ruth's Chris and Il Fornaio. Two of some of my favorite restaurants.

It sucks when your girlfriend's favorite restaurant (Cheesecake Factory) is there too. Turns into a battle.

Typically its a parcel and its really hard to get the address correctly since they don't typically show it. I used the Sacramento County GIS Parcel Viewer to find the address that the site is on.
To figure out if it's sprint, always look for a valuation of $20,000 or more and them stating they're going to modify or replace equipment. Sprint is the only one replacing everything, the rest of the providers are just adding antennas & calling it a day.

Would the first site need to be signed off for them to move to the second one? Just wondering if I should bother checking the other one out soon.

AHHH YES! Much thanks! Two of the 4 are for Sprint and are now marked on my maps!
I found it weird that the address on lichen is for the Raleys across the street. Is that normal? Also, if you wouldn't mind, which is the other sprint one?
Actually, I just saw that two of them say t-mobile.

Put up a couple better photos of that tower in Citrus Heights. Also put what I got back from the City Clerk. Not sure it's much help though.

AWWWW YIS!!! Submitted to in progress map and marked on my own map! That's a Sprint network vision setup!
You should really become a sponsor ;d
Yeah, passing by on the way back I noticed two of the panels were different and couldn't resist the urge to stop and get a good look. From your Samsung thread, I learned what the NV setups looked like and saw them. Had to take a picture. I hope to be able to take some more with an actual camera sometime tomorrow.
I hope to donate sometime soon.

Thanks for checking. You may want to donate a few bucks and become a S4GRU sponsor so you can actually check out my permit map which has exact addresses based off of GIS parcel viewers and the interactive maps that have all cell sites listed. I'll start finding those address in CH tonight I guess.
And yes, that cell site is one of Sprints co-located sites. If they're working on what I'm thinking they're working on.. oh boy. If you can, check that cell site out when you have time and figure out which rack they're working on. Could be good news.
So I may be a bit new at this but it looks like good news.

I was in a bit of a hurry and the guy was sitting in his car sleeping but I managed to take these. Sadly All I had was my phone.

Citrus Heights city clerk said that my request may not go through because their building permits are organised by address and she wasn't sure if they could filter by telecommunications or cellphone towers. So I have to wait and see.
In other news, just drove by a tower and noticed a guy working on it. Didn't have time to stop and check it out but it's on the little triangle at I-80, Antelope Rd, and Lichen Dr. Wil try to put up a small picture I managed to snap.

Ah someone who frequents citrus heights! IF someone have time, it'd be extremely helpful they read this link http://www.citrusheights.net/home/index.asp?page=1092
and head over to the City Clerks Office and do a public records request on telecommunication / cell tower / antenna building permit records. Citrus heights is one of the cities that don't post permits online.

Stopped by after work today at around 5:30. Apparently they close at 5. Will try again next week if I get a chance. Should I ask for a specific time frame? Like permits within last month or two?

I live right down the street from this tower, I'm waiting on the upgrades on it too.

I spend most of my time between Antelope, North Highlands, Roseville, and Citrus heights so its awesome seeing these permit maps with locations all over them (hope I can donate soon). My girlfriend has almost lost hope that her phone will ever get signal inside the Galleria where she works.
-
Awesome, that's what I thought they were. This one is on the border of Antelope and North Highlands. On Blackfoot right off of Watt. I was laughing at my girlfriend because she never once saw 4g on her Evo Shift here and now that I found this cell site with wimax, she switched to the LTE.

Hey guys, just found this site and all the info is awesome. I started looking out for cell sites and realized that this one is right by where I live. I'm pretty sure there's some sprint up there because my signal was in the low 50 dBm. I was wondering if someone with more knowledge could point out what parts are sprint.

I always look anyways . I look at that one, the one on Walerga between Elverta and Antelope, the one at Roseville Rd and Antelope, and that one on Lichen. I pass by all them almost daily.
